Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their originalcondition. Signs of use, stain, inappropriate odor, will not be able for refunds.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@truriofishing.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping is non-refundable on all returns.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@truriofishing.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Product Condition
Returns/Exchanges that are received with pet hair, human hair, deodorant stains, dirt, or sweat stains will be rejected. The customer can pay to have the item(s) shipped back to them at the customer’s expense
